Prof.Dr. Arthur R. Rachwald

US. Naval Academy

Arthur R. Rachwald is a professor of Political Science at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and a visiting professor at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Austria. In addition, he taught as a professorial lecturer at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), The Johns Hopkins University and as a lecturer at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He holds a law degree from Poland and a doctorate from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and his research funding include several grants provided by State Department under the Title VIII, Olin and Ford foundations and the Naval Academy Research Council. Professor Rachwald has published four books and numerous scholarly book chapters, articles and research papers.
