“Think critically and develop methods…” - Deadline for scholarships for the MSc „Environmental Technology and International Affairs”, granted by “Die Presse”

Unique possibility for a MSc Program at reduced rate – Deadline February 18, 2019!

The demands on decision makers faced with environmental issues have increased enormously in terms of technical, legal, political and economic issues. „Students should learn to think critically and develop methods when it comes to resource and waste management," hihlights Dr. Johann Fellner, lecturer of „Waste and Resource Mangement“'. His lecture is one of the core courses of the MSc program.

The cooperation between TU Wien and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna allows this specialized education in the area of technology, international environmental policy and the management of environmental questions. 

The daily newspaper “Die Presse” awards two scholarships in the amount of EUR 13,300 each. The scholarship holders are offered a continuing education possibility in terms of “High flying careers for a better environment”.

Individuals interested in the scholarship are kindly asked to send their application documents (CV and a motivation letter) in English to: stipendium(at) by February 18, 2019 at the latest. The scholarship will be awarded by a panel of experts. EUR 13,300 have to be paid on the scholarship`s own risk. There is no legal recourse; the gainer will be informed.
